Coach Shane Steichen said Thursday that Mitchell is "making a lot of plays" at OTAs, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 the Fan reports.
The Colts selected Mitchell in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, 52nd overall.
Mitchell had one of the best performances at the combine among receivers, highlighted by a 4.34 40-yard dash and a position-leading 136-inch broad jump.
